Return & Exchange Policy
As a small business, we kindly ask that any return requests be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
At this time, we offer store credit or exchanges for eligible items, but we do not issue refunds.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, free of damage, and returned with original tags and packaging. Certain items, including bag charms, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns or exchanges.
To initiate a return, please contact us at supportvh@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your item is received and inspected, store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
